We're proud to be running the Great North Run on the 7th September this year in support of Grace House, a fantastic charity that provides life-changing support for disabled children, young people, and their families.

Grace House offers specialist services including respite care, therapy sessions, and fun, inclusive activities that help young people build confidence, independence, and joy. Every donation - big or small - makes a real difference in their lives.

Dispatch & Shipping Information

Shipping is currently offered within the UK only.

In most cases, shipping is fulfilled with Royal Mail however some larger orders may be shipped with other couriers depending on weight/ dimension limitations. All customers receive tracking information by email when the order has been dispatched.

All orders placed before 2PM Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays and excluding Corporate orders) are dispatched same day.

Corporate Orders

If your order contains items built using our Corporate Gift Builder and you chose branded items/ clothing, we will be in touch within 1 business day with a link to provide your artwork and get sizing information. Once we receive your artwork, Corporate orders will be dispatched as per the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.
