Whichever route you choose, the process couldn't be easier. For 'Add Your Brand' orders, once your order is confirmed we'll send you an email with details of how to upload your artwork. After that it's over to us!

🚚 What shipping methods are available?
To make your gifting experience as seamless as possible, we offer three flexible shipping options tailored to your needs:
1. Direct to You - we send all of the boxes directly to you in one shipment.
2. Staggered Shipping - we send the boxes to you in batches. For example you can order 100 boxes and take advantage of our tiered discounts, but we can send them to you in smaller batches if you have limited storage. You just let us know when you're ready for the next batch.
3. Multi-Address Shipping - we send the boxes directly to your clients or employees. Shipments can be sent all at the same time or on demand (for example if you want to send an onboarding gift each time a new client signs up).
Best of all, both our Staggered and Multi-Address fulfillment services are completely free of charge. You just have to cover the correct postage fees.
⏱️What's the timeline for orders to be ready?
As a general rule we suggest the following timelines:
Ready-To-Go Range (Unbranded)
- 1-2 Gift Boxes - 1-2 working days (often same day)
- Up to 20 Gift Boxes - 2-5 working days
- Up to 50 Gift Boxes - 5-10 working days
- 50+ Gift Boxes - 2-3 weeks
Add Your Brand Range*
- Up to 20 Gift Boxes - 5-7 working days
- Up to 50 Gift Boxes - 10-15 working days
- 50+ Gift Boxes - 3-4 weeks
*From the date your artwork is finalised and approved for printing.
Timelines can often be quicker than this however during busier periods may take longer.
Left it late? 😬 We may be able to offer expedited dispatch for your order if you need them to arrive sooner than the timelines listed above.
Due to the additional workload and often longer hours that our staff have to work to get orders ready in time, last minute orders are subject to an expedited dispatch fee.

Tiered discounts are automatically applied at checkout when purchasing any gifts from our range or Corporate Gift Builder. No need to enter a discount code - our system applies it for you as your order grows!

🎁 How do 'bespoke' orders work?
If you have a unique vision in mind for your team, our Bespoke Order service is designed to help bring your ideas to life using items we don't stock day-to-day.
Please note that bespoke requests carry a minimum order quantity of 20 boxes. Additionally, fulfillment timelines may vary from our usual turnaround, depending on the specific items you request and the time it takes us to source/ receive them.

🎨 How do I submit my artwork?
If your order includes branded items, once your order is placed watch out for an email from us within 1 business day containing a link for you or your marketing team to upload your artwork.
Don't worry, the process is straightforward and the email contains links to some handy videos to guide you through the steps too.
