General FAQ

Are EOS BOX gifts letterbox friendly?

Some of our individual gifts and smaller gift boxes can definitely fit through standard letterboxes however it will depend on a range of factors such as the postage method being used and the postie on the day.

If you order several items as part of the same order then we may batch these together into one single shipment which may increase the size of the box too.

How are my items packaged up?

We are super proud of our packaging and how beautiful it looks when it arrives!

The packaging used depends on the order placed and the number/ size of items in that order.

If you order a single gift box for example, then we will place the shipping label on the gift box itself to post it out.

Smaller items (such as coasters) will be sent out in padded envelopes and larger orders may be bulked together in larger boxes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We sure do! We don't gift wrap our gift boxes as they already look great (even if we do say so ourself 😉).

Individual items however all have the option to be gift wrapped using thick kraft paper and finished with a lovely ribbon.

How do I claim the 10% discount off my first order?

All you have to do is subscribe to our newsletter.

When you sign up you will receive an email within a couple of minutes with your discount code (if you don't see it check your spam folder).

Be aware that discount code is only valid for your first purchase and cannot be used retrospectively.

What are the rules for using discount codes?

If you have a discount code for us then you're welcome to use it! Just be aware that most of our discount codes have rules around them (EG: may not be able to be used in conjunction with other codes, or may only be valid once per customer).

Each discount code will have different rules associated with them. Check the email where you received the code for more details.

Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively. Unfortunately once you're order has been processed we're unable to go back to add the discount.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order please reach out to support@eosbox.co.uk as soon as possible. We try to allow 30 minutes after each order before packing to allow for this however if your order is placed close to when we are dispatching with Royal Mail then it may be dispatched sooner.

If your order has not yet been processed then we will do our best to accomodate, however this cannot be guaranteed due to how quickly we try to dispatch orders.

Will my order contain any receipts or prices when delivered to the recipient?

No. We understand that many of our orders are sent directly to gift recipients and not the individual who placed the order. All invoices are sent instead to the email address provided during checkout.

Can I update my personal message?

If you need to change your handwritten message please reach out as soon as possible to support@eosbox.co.uk

We try to allow 30minutes for last minute changes however if your order has already been processed then it may be too late.

Can I order multiple boxes for multiple addresses?

Unfortunately not at the moment but we are working to add this as an option behind the scenes!

In the meantime, you can place two separate orders with different shipping addresses and we'll look after the rest.

Do you really handwrite the personal message?

Absolutely. It's one of our favourite parts of the job! The whole reason EOS BOX started was to help spread love and joy and seeing your heartfelt messages warms our souls. 🤗

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be purchased here.

We offer gift cards in £10, £25, £50 or £100 values and you have the option to send it directly to the recipient on the day you choose. What a way to make their day!

Can I build my own gift box with my favourite self care products?

Absolutely. It's one of our customer favourites. Head over to the Build Your Own Box page and follow the instructions. You'll have the most perfect gift ready in no time!

Where did the idea for EOS BOX come from?

In Greek mythology, EOS was the goddess of dawn. Her role each morning was to chase away the darkness and welcome in the new day. We thought this perfectly represents our brand. Just like EOS, we try to make everyones day that little bit brighter and with our Personal Development Kits try to help you achieve everything you could wish for! Can orders be sent to workplaces & hospitals?

In most cases yes, however we recommend you reach out to the destination first to make sure that they have a process in place for external deliveries. If Royal Mail aren't able to deliver the parcel then it may be returned to us.

We ask that you provide as much information as possible during checkout so that we can help guide the delivery to the right place if Royal Mail contact us for more information.

What if my order is delayed?

From our experience, Royal Mail Tracked 48 almost always gets delivered within 2 days and Tracked 24 within 1 day. This is out of our control however and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that your order takes longer than this, we can start an investigation with Royal Mail after 14 days of dispatch for Tracked 48 and after 7 days for Tracked 24. Only once an investigation has been raised we can then either send a replacement or refund your order.

If an order is returned to us because it wasn't collected from a Royal Mail collection point, we can resend the parcel however there will be an additional postage fee.

Can I get my EOS BOX delivered on a specific date?

We aren't able to guarantee specific delivery dates however we are pretty good at timing it right! If you're placing your order in advance and would like your gift to be delivered on a particular date, add a note to your order (you can do this from the Basket) and we'll do our best to get it delivered as close to the day as possible.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details (check your spam folder if you can't find it). If you want us to check for you, please just reach out and we'll be happy to help!

Do you do international delivery?

At the moment we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom however international shipping is absolutely on the horizon and will be coming soon! If you want us to keep you posted, subscribe to our newsletter and we'll let you know once it's here.

Do you offer Express Delivery Options?

Of course. Our standard shipping is fulfilled using Royal Mail Tracked 48 however during checkout you have the option to upgrade to the express Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Uh Oh! I added the wrong delivery address for my order

If you notice that you've added the wrong address please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing support@eosbox.co.uk

As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll be happy to update it for you.

I can't remember the password for my account. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, you can do so from your account login page.

Make sure your account is logged out and then at the login page click "Forgot your password?" and follow the on screen instructions. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Corporate Gifting FAQ

What items can I have personalised?

We can personalise and add your branding or custom designs to a wide range of products such as keyrings, coasters, mugs, coffee cups, tumblers, notebooks, journals and T-Shirts (to name a few).

We fully understand that every order is individual and unique so if you have an idea in mind just reach out to corporate@eosbox.co.uk and we'll help you bring it to life.

Can I use my own design?

Absolutely! When placing your order you have the option to either send us your own design or just send us your branding and we'll mock up a design for you.

Our customers always have the final say on designs and no printing will start until they've been approved.

Do corporate gifts come gift wrapped?

Gift wrapping is certainly one of the options. When designing out your box you will be asked to choose your packaging. Some options include gift boxes with your branding, gift boxes wrapped in sleeves with your branding or gift boxes that are beautifully gift wrapped using our high quality Kraft paper and ribbon.

How do you add branding to different items?

We use various techniques depending on the item that is being personalised.

For mugs and coasters for example, we use a technique known as Sublimation. This is where the item is placed in a heat press and the ink is transferred onto the item.

For clothing/ fabric we use an industry standard process known as Direct to Film (DTF) transfer. Similar to sublimation, the item is placed in a heat press. The heat and pressure melts glue behind the design and gives the print a very strong hold.

For other items such as some of our Self Care Journals or Glasses we use a process known as UV DTF. UV DTF gives a much stronger, more superior hold than traditional sticker prints.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes! We have tiered discounting in place for all corporate gift box orders. And the best part is it's automatically built in to our invoicing so you're guaranteed to get the best discount.

If you're ordering 10-20 gift boxes you will automatically receive a 5% discount, 21-100 boxes and its 10% discount and 101+ boxes it's 15%.

How quickly can orders be ready?

As a general rule we suggest the following timelines:

  • Up to 20 Gift Boxes - 3-7 days
  • Up to 50 Gift Boxes - 2 weeks
  • 50+ Gift Boxes - 4 weeks

Timelines can often be quicker than this however and likewise during busier periods may take longer. We will let you know our estimated delivery date as part of your quote.

Can we purchase now but pay later?

At the moment all orders must be paid in full before any print work begins. A buy now, pay later solution is currently being implemented and we'll update the information here once that is available for our Corporate customers.

Can you deliver straight to events?

We sure can. A lot of the time, corporate orders that are delivered around the North East of England are actually hand delivered by EOS BOX free of charge (for that extra personal touch). In the event that we are unable to hand deliver before the day you need them then a shipping fee will be added to your quote and your order will be delivered by an appropriate courier. As long as the venue has a process and allows external deliveries for events then we can ship it there for you.

Do you deliver all across the UK?

EOS BOX can deliver right across the United Kingdom. For orders that are being delivered around the North East of England (Durham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Sunderland and the surrounding areas) then in most cases we will hand deliver free of charge. For orders further afield or if we're not available to deliver on the day you need them then the shipping will be added to your quote and the order will be shipped using the most appropriate courier.

How does the order process work?

We've done this a few times now so we've got the process down to a tee!

Step 1 - Get in Touch! ☎️

Submit an enquiry or email us at corporate@eosbox.co.uk. We will then send you a link to our online corporate gifting quote builder.

Step 2 - Design your Box ✏️

This is where the fun starts! Once you have the link to our online quote builder you can get to work designing the perfect gift box. The online quote builder is super simple to use and helps us collate all of the information we need from you such as:

  • Packaging type
  • Our pre-stocked items
  • Any bespoke items
  • Branded items
  • Delivery method

Please note that unfortunately the quote builder doesn't allow us to dynamically set pricing on our website so once you've submitted your design using the link, we'll send your quote over by email.

Step 3 - We Generate Your Quote 🤓

Once you've completed Step 2, in 90% of cases we'll have everything we need to generate your quote. We aim to have all quotes ready within 24-48 hours of completing your design on our website. If for any reason we have an oustanding question, we'll give you a quick call to smooth it all out and then get your quote finalised.

Step 4 - Branding Finalised 

If you chose any branded items, we'll be in touch to get copies of your logos/ custom designs and will then forward you our final designs.

You always have the final say on all designs. We won't start personalising your gift boxes until we've had your seal of approval.

Step 5 - Relax and Get Excited 😍

The final step is where we do our thing. We'll build your boxes and get them shipped out for the date you requested.
