FAQs

Can you deliver the boxes to events?

This is a popular question we often get asked. Yes! We can ship the boxes anywhere in mainland UK. The exact logistics around how your boxes will be shipped depends on a couple of factors such as where you are based, how many boxes need to be delivered and when you need them by. This will all be taken into consideration when we put your quote together to make sure you receive your boxes at the right place and time!

Orders around the North East are often hand delivered by us!

What's the timeline for corporate orders to be ready?

Below are the approximate timelines for our corporate orders. We encourage you however to order further in advance where possible as we may be unable to accept last minute orders.

  • 1-20 Boxes - 3-7 days
  • 21-50 Boxes - 2 weeks
  • 50+ Boxes - 4 weeks

If your Corporate order includes personalised chocolate, branded boxes or personalised greetings card then these can take up to 4 weeks from the date designs are signed off. In many cases the timeline is much quicker than this however.

Can we order in advance?

It's strongly advised that you order in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. We may not be able to accept last minute orders if we already have other large orders scheduled.

Don't worry, ordering in advance doesn't mean that you'll need to store them if they're ready early. As part of placing your order we will ask you the date that you need them for and schedule shipping for that date.

We also offer Staggered Delivery. This is particularly useful if you want to place a bulkier order to take advantage of our Tiered Discounting, but want us to distribute the boxes throughout the year (for example birthday boxes for your employees). For Staggered Delivery, all we need to know is how many deliveries you would like to break your order into and how many boxes in each delivery.

Can we order combinations of different items?

If we stock it, or can source it, you can have it! We know how difficult it can be to order for a large group, so combinations are encouraged when you order from us.

What's that?.. You need 50 Thank You boxes, 35 targeted towards females, 15 targeted towards males and 12 of them need to be Vegan friendly? Not a problem!

Just let us know what you require and we'll look after the rest. For combination orders, all of our boxes come with stickers on the bottom to indicate what's inside to make it easy for you to distribute them out.

Can we order a sample box before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely! As we don't have a minimum order amount, you're more than welcome to get in touch to place an order for 1 box and then place a second bulkier order once we've stole your heart.

If you go on to place an order for 20 or more boxes we'll even discount the price you paid for your sample box (minus delivery fees).

Please note that certain items are only available for orders over 20 boxes (personalised chocolate, branded packaging and personalised greetings card) so we won't be able to provide these for your sample order but they can be added for your larger orders.

How does the Order Process work?

We've done this a few times now so we've got the process down to a tee!

Step 1 - Get in Touch! ☎️

Your first step is to get in touch. Submit an enquiry or Book in a consultation with us so we can get to work designing those magical boxes. We strongly recommend booking in a consultation so we can go through any questions you may have and we can get an understanding of what you're looking for.

Step 2 - Design your Box ✏️

This is where the fun starts! We'll send you a link to build out your box on our website. This will help provide us with the information we need such as:

  • Packaging type
  • Our pre-stocked items
  • Any bespoke items
  • Branded items
  • Delivery method

Step 3 - We Generate Your Quote 🤓

Once you've completed Step 2, in 90% of cases we'll have everything we need to generate your quote. We aim to have all quotes ready within 48 hours of completing your design on our website. If for any reason we have an oustanding question, we'll give you a quick call to smooth it all out and then get your quote finalised.

Step 4 - Branding Finalised

If you chose any branded items, we'll be in touch to get copies of your logos/ design specification and will then forward you our final designs.

You have the absolute final say on all designs. We won't start personalising your boxes until we've had your tick of approval.

Step 5 - Relax and Prepare to be Amazed 😍

The final step is where we do our thing. We'll build your boxes and get them shipped out for the date you requested.
