When people receive an EOS BOX, they see a thoughtful wellbeing gift but what they don't always see is everything that happens behind the scenes to make it possible. No two days are ever quite the same, but every day is focused on creating authentic gifting experiences that help businesses make their employees and clients feel genuinely valued.

Here's a glimpse into a typical day at EOS BOX.

6:30am

My day starts bright and early at 6:30am, getting ready for a morning networking event. Networking has become such an important part of growing EOS BOX, not only to meet new businesses but also to understand what makes each company unique.

7:30am

By 7:30am, I'm delivering a 10-minute presentation called "If I Had to Do a Box for You." Instead of simply talking about corporate gifting, I created bespoke mock-up gift boxes for every member in the room, explaining why I chose each item based on their business and personality. It was a fun and creative way to demonstrate that every EOS BOX is designed with purpose rather than being a one-size-fits-all gift.

9:30am

After networking, it's back to the office around 9:30am for some much-needed admin. This usually means responding to new enquiries, printing artwork and designs for current orders, creating mock-ups for potential clients and preparing newsletters to keep our community updated with what's happening at EOS BOX.

11am

By 11:00am, it's time to get hands-on. Today's task is packing a corporate onboarding order, carefully assembling each wellbeing box before photographing the finished products. I love capturing these moments because every completed order represents another business investing in the wellbeing of its people.

1pm

After lunch, the focus shifts to the creative and operational side of the business. Around 1:00pm, I'm editing product photos, updating pricing on the website and keeping the accounts organised. Running a small business means wearing lots of hats, and while these jobs may not be the most glamorous, they're essential to keeping everything running smoothly.

3pm

As the afternoon continues, 3:00pm is dedicated to finishing retail orders, carefully packing them and making a trip to the post office so they're on their way to customers as quickly as possible.

4:30pm

The day doesn't end there. Around 4:30pm, it's time to edit videos and create content for social media. Sharing behind-the-scenes moments, new products, and client projects is one of my favourite ways to show the people behind the boxes and inspire businesses looking for meaningful corporate gifting ideas.

5:30pm

By 5:30pm, the laptop closes and I head out for a run. It's the perfect way to reset after a busy day and practise the wellbeing values that sit at the heart of EOS BOX.

Running EOS BOX is so much more than creating gift boxes. It's about building relationships, being creative, solving problems and helping businesses celebrate, support, and connect with their people in meaningful ways. Every box tells a story and every day brings the opportunity to create another one.
