Simple Artwork Design Process
Our process for sharing your designs for personalised items couldn't get much simpler. After you place your order, you'll receive an email with a link to design your artwork on Canva. Once you're done, you can sit back and relax - we'll take care of the rest!
Don't worry, we've made some handy video tutorials to guide you through the process too in case you get stuck. 🎥

Can you deliver the boxes to events?
This is a popular question we often get asked. Yes! We can ship the boxes anywhere in mainland UK. The exact logistics around how your boxes will be shipped depends on a couple of factors such as where you are based, how many boxes need to be delivered and when you need them by. Don't worry though, we look after all of this for you!
What's the timeline for corporate orders to be ready?
Below are the approximate timelines for our corporate orders (starting from the day the final designs have been approved by you). We encourage you however to order further in advance where possible as these are only estimates and during busy periods times may differ.
- 1-20 Boxes - 3-7 days
- 21-50 Boxes - 2 weeks
- 50+ Boxes - 4 weeks
Can we order in advance?
It's strongly advised that you order in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. During busy periods the timeline for Corporate orders may differ.
Don't worry, ordering in advance doesn't mean that you'll need to store them if they're ready early. Before checking out, just add a note to your order explaining the ideal date you'd like them delivered and we'll work around your schedule. Alternatively, after placing your order get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
We also offer Staggered Delivery. This is particularly useful if you want to place a bulkier order to take advantage of our Tiered Discounting, but want us to distribute the boxes throughout the year (for example birthday boxes for your employees). If staggered delivery is something you would like to discuss, just get in touch.
Can we order combinations of different items?
If we stock it, or can source it, you can have it! We know how difficult it can be to order for a large group, so combinations are encouraged when you order from us.
For all branded clothing, once you place your order we'll send over a link within 24 hours for you to design your artwork. As part of this email, we'll also request the sizes you need for each item.
You can also use our Corporate Gifting Builder to create multiple different gift boxes and add them to your basket. Don't worry, the Tiered Discounts still get automatically applied at checkout even if you break your order into multiple different boxes.
Can we order a sample box before placing a bulk order?
As we don't have a minimum order amount, if you're thinking about placing a bulk order but want to see one first to be sure, we recommend using our Corporate Gifting Builder to place an order for 1 box.
Once we've stolen your heart 🥰️, you can then place a second larger order using the same method.
How does the Order Process work?
We've done this a few times now so we've got the process down to a tee!
Step 1 - Build Your Box Online 🧑🎨
This is where the fun starts! Your first step is to use our online Corporate Gifting Builder to design out your box. It's super simple to use and will take around 5-10 minutes.
Step 2 - Design your Artwork ✏️
If your order includes any personalised/ branded items, we'll be in touch within 1 business day with a link to design your artwork in Canva as well as to get sizing for any items of clothing you've added.
Once you've provided your artwork, we'll create mockups for the personalised items for you to approve.
You have the absolute final say on all designs. We won't start personalising your boxes until we've had your tick of approval.
Step 3 - Relax and Prepare to be Amazed 😍
The final step is where we do our thing. We'll build your boxes and get them shipped out to you.
