🚚 What shipping methods are available?
To make your gifting experience as seamless as possible, we offer three flexible shipping options tailored to your needs:
1. Direct to Customer - we send all of the boxes directly to you in one shipment.
2. Staggered Shipping - we send the boxes to you in batches. For example you can order 100 boxes and take advantage of our tiered discounts, but we can send them to you in smaller batches if you have limited storage. You just let us know when you're ready for the next batch.
3. Multi-Address Shipping - we send the boxes directly to your clients or employees on demand.
Best of all, both our Staggered and Multi-Address fulfillment services are completely free of charge. You just have to cover the correct postage fees.
⏱️What's the timeline for corporate orders to be ready?
Below are the approximate timelines for our corporate orders (starting from the day the final designs have been approved by you). We encourage you however to order further in advance where possible as these are only estimates and during busy periods times may differ.
- 1-20 Boxes - 3-7 working days
- 21-50 Boxes - 10-15 working days
- 50+ Boxes - 3-4 weeks
If you have a specific date you need your boxes for, please just submit an enquiry and we'll let you know if it can be achieved.
🤑 What are the tiered discounts?
Tiered discounts are automatically applied at checkout when purchasing from our Corporate range, including both our Ready-Made Corporate Gifts and Corporate Gift Builder. No need to enter a discount code - our system applies it for you as your order grows!
- 5% off orders of 10 or more boxes
- 10% off for 20 or more boxes
- 15% off when you purchase 50 or more boxes
🎁 How do 'bespoke' orders work?
If you have a unique vision in mind for your team, our Bespoke Order service is designed to help bring your ideas to life using items we don't stock day-to-day.
While we handle these with exactly the same love and care as our standard orders, please note that bespoke requests carry a minimum order quantity of 20 boxes. Additionally, fulfillment timelines may vary from our usual turnaround, depending on the specific items you request and the time it takes us to source/ receive them.

🎨 How do I submit my artwork?
Once your order is placed, watch out for an email from us within 1 business day containing a link for you or your marketing team to upload your artwork.
Don't worry, the process is straightforward and the email contains links to some handy videos to guide you through the steps too if required.
