Submitting Your Artwork and Sizing

If your order includes any branded items, you will receive an email within 1 business day with a link to submit your artwork using our design tool as well as get the sizing requirements for any items of clothing.

The size chart for each item of clothing can be found on the product page for that item.

The design tool is easy to use and we've made videos (which are linked in the email you receive) for guidance, however we understand that submitting artwork may be of concern for some people. You have the option to add Design Assistance as part of your order. Just look for the purple popup when you go to your basket.
Corporate Dispatch & Shipping Information

Shipping is currently offered within the UK only.

In most cases, shipping is fulfilled with Royal Mail however some larger orders may be shipped with other couriers depending on weight/ dimension limitations. All customers receive tracking information by email when the order has been dispatched.

If your order contains branded items/ clothing, we will be in touch within 1 business day with a link to provide your artwork and get sizing information. Once we receive your artwork (or if no artwork is required), Corporate orders will be dispatched as per the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.
